A priority one call out is a 24-48 hour attendance service attending to customer’s emergency break downs. As soon as you call our office we are there within 48 hours and working on your issue.

Priority Two Services

Priority 2 is our standard call out service. Customers can book an appointment with us to attend from after the 48 hour window of a Priority one call out.

Priority Three Services

WHEN YOU NEED SOMEONE TO MAINTAIN YOUR SERVICES

This is our discount rate. This call out is for jobs where NGroup have the flexibility to attend when we want. These jobs will be fitted in between jobs when we are passing and have the time to attend.

From customers first contact for a priority 3 call out, we can attend anytime with in the month. If there is a critical booking, it can be organised and will get charged as a priority two call out.
