Priority 3 is our discount rate. This call out is for jobs where NGroup have the flexibility to attend when we want. These jobs will be fitted in between jobs when we are passing and have the time to attend.

From customers first contact for a priority 3 call out, we can attend anytime with in the month. If there is a critical booking, it can be organised and will get charged as a priority two call out.
